This modular design allows users to extract useful information as the output of each stage, as well as modify the outputs to perform specific analyses in later modules; examples of these workflows can be found on the advanced usage page. However, the majority of this tutorial will be devoted a basic workflow, based purely on the components available within the FAST GUI.
